All prices are annual and calculated based on total population as reported by the most recent census. Renewal occurs on 7/1 of each year corresponding to the fiscal year. Amounts are pro-rated for the first year if signing up out of cycle, provided that there is a commitment to renew for at least one full year. Importing of historical data will be done at no charge if that data can be provided in a standardized format, e.g. SQL export or CSV file. For non-standard data imports, contact us to determine feasibility and/or associated project cost. You can also choose to start fresh with no historical data.
